This app will give you a different set of core values to go by and provide you with the following steps to measure how successful your day was, not only by being busy enough.

1. Feedback on how you distributed your time on your core values.

2. Self-Reflection on the session you have just finished.

3. Affirmation of your values as a success metric.

The app plays relaxing nature sounds and calculates statistics how you have spent your valuable time today, this month, this year and in your lifetime. It vibrates at the end of each session to notify you about it, but only if you have vibration enabled on your phone.

Some sounds, pictures, and their titles draw inspiration from the beautiful sacred places of Australia. I pay respects to the traditional custodians of this land, to Elders past, present, and emerging.
