Plazaro

Plazaro is an online hotel reservation and reception system designed for complete accommodation facility management.

The Plazaro mobile application is intended for both accommodation facility managers and serves as a quick access to current information about the accommodation facility, as well as for the reception of the accommodation facility.

The mobile application is a supplement to the Plazaro online reservation and reception system.

The Overview section contains data on the receptionist, guest arrivals, guest departures, occupancy of the accommodation facility, the number of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and cash in the cash register.

This information can be displayed both for the current day and for another day selected via the calendar.

After turning the phone to landscape mode, a clear graph is displayed.

In the Check-in section, you can fill in the personal data required for booking in the mobile application. The application can automatically recognize this data thanks to the Scan ID function.

The Events section displays current information and tips related to the Plazaro reservation and reception system.

The Credit section displays the current credit amount of your accommodation facility. There is an option to top up credit directly from the mobile application.

The Support section contains basic information about the Plazaro online reservation and reception system along with quick contacts.
