PharmaCODE is a customer relationship management solution provided by SoftDent for representative offices of pharmaceutical companies. This application is a combination of innovative technologies and SoftDent’s experiences gathered since 1998 developing, supporting and maintaining our software for Pharma customers all over the world.

PharmaCODE functionality consists of the following main features:

CRM:

• Activity planning and reporting. Activity planning may be performed with accordance to targets, performed activities and plans of other employees. Activity reporting tool enables to enter different meeting types (visit, double visit, conference, seminar, training and etc.) data in an understandable form.

• Data analysis. Reporting services allow easy and quick creation of custom reports and additional features like automatic report generation and delivery, subscriptions management, creation of drill-down and drill-trough reports and etc.

• Data management and customer evaluation. This pharmaceutical crm database contains all kind of information about the customer in various data fields, moreover, there is the possibility to create custom data fields. Different type of large amount data, allows to set list of target customer or categories them in different ways.

Sales:

• Additional PharmaSALES module provides secondary sales (from wholesalers to pharmacies/other organisations) analysis possibilities. Module data is based on sales reports provided by wholesalers. With the help of application tools this data can be easily imported into application database.

• Additional PharmaSALES module also provides sales plan creation and sales versus plan comparison. Also sales can be compared according to representative activities (activity versus sales comparison).

Map analytics:

• Representative activities and sales results can be presented on a map.

Cluum:

• Closed Loop Marketing (Cluum) Module is interactive, exclusive presentations based on an automatic information gathering function.
