PARTNER Mobile - Professional for collecting orders and attempted sale.

PARTNER Mobile is a software solution, designed for Tablet and Smartphone in Android environment, which enables sellers and agents to collect orders from customers or to sell quickly and easily with subsequent transfer to the venue.

The app works offline and requires an internet connection for the transmission of documents and for updating data via a web server.

A client software configured allows the company management to update and download data from the web server.

The solution can exchange data with management systems on the Italian market (Passpatourt, Zucchetti ...) importing and exporting data in the format sql.

Functions available:

 Creating new customer master.

        Search for customer name, address and vat.

        Edit: price, discounts and payment terms. *

        Managing multiple destinations for the same customer.

        Geo location of the customer on Google Maps. **

➤ ARTICLES

   Article search by description, item number, original code of vendor, supplier,

        product category and item pictures.

        Viewing: availability, pieces per package and quantity per package.

        Management conditions commercali: list prices and promotions.

        Ability to view the catalog items for photos or the catalog of the items purchased by the customer.

➤ COLLECTION ORDERS

        Insertion, change and cancellation order.

        Commercial terms retrieved from the customer master.

        Display during insertion item ordered or previous sales.

        Inserting items not encoded. Sending order via email to the customer.

        Print order via Bluetooth printer dedicated.

        Viewing extract customer account with open items and welded.

        Ability to program and enter appointments in Google Calendar.
