Pacto.

Pacto enables property owners to create property listings and lease agreement proposals and invite to prospective tenants to lease the property. Tenants can review the property listing and proposed terms, request changes, and agree upon the final terms of the lease. Once everyone is ready, all parties can digitally sign the agreement digitally.

During the period of the tenancy, Pacto lets users report issues or complaints to one another and document the resolution of issues. Users can log rent and utility payments keeping track on financial transactions related to the lease agreement terms.

In app, Pacto support provides answers to common questions on rights and obligations and provides advice how to solve issues and disputes that frequently arise during the tenancy period.

The application is owned by the humanitarian organization Norwegian Refugee Council (“NRC”).
