SNMP Check is an application to get data from SNMP devices and display them.
Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) is a protocol for managing devices such as routers, switches, hosts, servers, workstations, printers and modem racks on IP networks. This protocol allows network administrators to manage network equipments and diagnose their problems.
