Kaushik Global Logistics Limited (incorporated in 2004 as Kaushik Logistics Private Limited), a premier Kolkata based organisation specialized in operating high-end super luxury bus transportation at multi-state level as well as handling large volume containerised ocean cargo at Kolkata and Haldia Port.

KGLL has been promoted and controlled as a closely held company and established reputation in the business of logistics & transportation. The chief promoters Mr. Dhananjay Singh and Mr. Sanjay Singh have invested their rich domain experience and resources to remain instrumental in its consistently efficient operations alongwith steady growth. They are assisted by a blend of highly motivated young and experienced professionals in various scales of pan India activities.

The company has been very successful in creating its dynamic brand ‘Royal Cruiser’ in inter-state super luxury bus transportation and proliferated in 7 states within a span of just 4 years of inception. Today Royal Cruiser fleet consists of latest variants of state of the art Volvo and Scania buses to cover 10,500 KM on daily basis.

The present day inter-state & intra-city bus mobility:-

The company operates its Royal Cruiser inter & intra state Volvo & Scania bus services as the principal operating partner with 3 state government organisations viz. West Bengal Surface Transport Corporation Limited (WBSTC) , Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) and Uttarakhand Transport Corporation (UTC).

Launched in Kolkata on 17th September’2006 with just 4 Volvo buses, the growth of the fleet to reach 100 buses just took 6 years of operation. Thus Royal Cruiser has obtained due accreditations of the three state governments of West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand for its wide connectivity between Eastern and Northern India to finally create its national epicentre in New Delhi with pride.

Presently its service trajectory covers West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and New Delhi. There are 18 cities and important district headquarters connected daily that include Siliguri, Durgapur, Asansol, Dhanbad, Bokaro, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Puri, Lucknow, Allahabad, Ballia, Jaipur, Bareily, Agra, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Dehradun and New Delhi.

In its intra-city connectivity, the company operates 20 Volvo buses in Kolkata between Dum Dum Airport and Southern fringe of the city and serves 1.5 million passengers. Today the company has a steady customer base of 2.85 million.

Fully integrated IT enabled customer support:

All Royal Cruiser bus services across the country are IT enabled and fully integrated. In addition to online reservation facilities operative through UPSRTC, UTC and www.royalcruiser.com / http://booking.royalcruiser.com/, all relevant functions based on GPS platform are delivered on real time basis. Close monitoring during mobility is performed by CC Cameras installed in all the buses.
