Simply set the time you want to rest for, exercise, then hit the big 'Start Rest' button.
RestUp will countdown and let you know when you time is up. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, Go! Rinse and repeat.
PS If you're in the mood, you can use one of the countdown sounds to amp you up!
