A small update to polish the game up a bit:
-New sounds for: starting rage and spawning enemies
-Balancing of how fast the enemies spawn
-You can now see the highscores for each level at the level selection screen
-Changed and fixed the icon (it should show up on all devices now)
-Improvements to the tutorial
-Added the current version number, at the bottom right corner of the main menu
-Fixed bugs with the font renderer, and buttons
