iTel Hybrid Dialer is a combination of VOIP mobile dialer and call through dialer. It works on both Wi-Fi & 3G and also to call through DID while there is no internet connectivity.

• For VoIP calling, it is integrated with mobile phonebook directly.

• Your clients can check their account balance on mobile phone screen or alternatively, they can hear account balance through IVR (interactive voice response).

• As it is associated with iTel Byte Saver, it can pass through any firewall or blocked network.

• iTel Hybrid Dialer is fully customizable. It can be branded according to your requirements and with your own brand. Your client does not need to configure anything else except inserting PIN of their account.
