In order to avoid confusion in the future, "mytraQ pro" is expected to be renamed "protraQ" in September 2021 and an updated version will be made available for professional users.

With the mytraQ pro mobile traveler app from highQ, you can quickly and easily scan a printed 2D barcode or read out the chip ticket using an NFC mobile phone. The app opens automatically as soon as you hold an e-ticket chip card (VDV-KA-Standard, (((eTicket-Deutschland) in front of your control cell phone). It tells you directly on which route and for how long the driving authorization is valid So you can control completely relaxed and have more time to take care of the needs of your customers.

All of this is already provided by the free basic version of the app. The full version offers additional features such as complete blacklist management. This enables you to block cards directly and thus minimize cases of fraud.

Test the free app now: the faster you use this innovation, the more service and convenience you can offer your customers!

Have you used mytraQ pro for your chip cards and received a number combination or "Unknown product" in response? No problem!

Send us, for example, a list of your products / ticket types or stops and to mytraQ@highQ.de. In this way, we also enable you to have your company and your products recognized by mytraQ pro when it is checked.

Have you always wanted to know what information is in the square codes that are printed on Deutsche Bahn tickets? Now you can easily find out for yourself (provided you have an NFC-enabled device). With the mytraQ pro app developed by the Freiburg software company highQ Computerlösungen, you can scan the code and find out which driving authorization is stored in it. You can even read e-ticket smart cards from other transport providers.

Compared to the full version, the current test version of mytraQ pro does not offer ticket sales or online data transfer, for example, but it is completely sufficient for the simple control of DB barcodes and e-tickets. It is therefore primarily aimed at transport companies and associations for the time being. But you as a passenger are also cordially invited to test the previous features - we look forward to your feedback! The full version of the app will be available to both companies and end customers.
