About Myple Non-Addictive Messenger

English

It's time to return to sanity

Myple is the world's first non-addictive messaging app. We make a simple patent-pending change to the process of messaging someone: you always overwrite your previous message to the same recipient. The benefits are huge:

1. NO MORE HARMING YOURSELF

Most messaging apps are built to make you never leave. In the long run, this addiction is harmful. Myple is built to push you out of the app a.s.a.p. It's not an impossible-to-find option. It's how Myple works.

2. GET TIME TO BREATHE

After messaging someone for the first time on myple, you'll immediately feel lost! There's nothing to do! This initial experience can make you think Myple is not 'cool'. But once you realize the greatest benefit - time saved - you'll start enjoying life a lot more.

3. SPENDING TIME WISELY IS FINALLY EFFORTLESS

There's generally nothing to do inside Myple if you don't have something important to tell someone, or if it's not your turn to respond. We don't show any "grey ticks" or "blue ticks", so there is no point sticking around. Go live.

4. REMOVE ANGER AND ANXIETY FROM RELATIONSHIPS

When you start using Myple, you'll stop being anxious or angry while waiting for the other end to respond. You'll understand the human at the other end more, be more patient, and write messages which improve the relationship.

5. WRITE BETTER, MINDFUL MESSAGES BY DEFAULT

On Myple, you'll be more mindful of what message to send, when to send it, and how to craft it. You'll think before you leap. As a result, you'll feel good about yourself.

6. BRING CONVERSATIONS BACK TO HEARTS AND MINDS

On Myple, every message you write overwrites the previous one to the same person or group. This closely mimics face-to-face or telephone conversations where the task of remembering is for minds and hearts, not technology. This is the way to bring people closer together - not just increasing the speed of message delivery.

7. DON'T LET ANYONE HOG THE CONVERSATION

Know that feeling when someone is going on and on in a chat and you feel stuck, unable to get out? That feeling can never arise on Myple. Since everyone gets only one slot in any chat (individual or group), there's no way any one person can hog the conversation.

8. DON'T BE FORCED TO READ MESSAGES

Other messaging apps show message content in notifications so that you can get in and spend a little more time in-app. Myple notifications only tell you who the sender is. You decide if you want a message from them right now.

9. DON'T BE FOOLED BY USELESS SWAG

Other messaging apps spice themselves up to make you spend more time. Many users are easily fooled by useless swag. On Myple, we have cut down on the spice without reducing functionality. Our aim is to push you out into your here-and-now, away from the app.

10. GET REAL PRIVACY

The best that other messaging apps do about privacy is add end-to-end encryption. We do that, too. Plus, our business model isn't advertising. We plan to become a paid app in a year, so we have no incentive to share your data with any third party. Besides, we save only your last message to others on our servers at any point of time.
