A simple habit tracker for a happier life.

Life is made up of tiny events, like having a proper meal, spending quality time with your family and friends, or exercising every day. This app helps you keep track of your daily activities for the next 12 weeks. It combines several methods of tracking self-care (such as self-care index, personal craziness index - PCI or recovery points) developed by world’s best therapists.

How does it work?

In the first step you pick 7 activities you want to track from the list – it includes having proper meals, exercise and sleep regularly, being on time, caring for your home, being organized at work, taking time for the interests you might have, meeting your friends, connecting to your family, taking good care of your money, practicing spirituality or faith regularly, as well as making sure not to slip back into obsessions or addictions.

After confirming your choice you have to check on a daily basis the activities you did that day. The craziness index will show your progress using simple charts with friendly remarks about what to improve upon.

As you might forget to keep track of your self-care activities, a push notification with a reminder is built in to this app, but you can turn it off if you want to.
