A runner slows down typically for 3 reasons: Tiredness, Traffic, or Conversation.

Tiredness:

This app is a great motivator for runners (like myself). If you slow down, your music gets quieter!

When you speed up, your music volume increases! It's also a great indicator of how fast you're going without having to look at your phone!

Traffic:

It's SAFE: When a runner slows down often it is because he/she has come across an intersection. Well, with this app, your music AUTOMATICALLY decreases with your speed. What does this mean? This means you can hear the traffic around you and avoid getting killed by it. Once you get back up to speed, your volume goes back up!

Conversation:

When else does a runner slow down? Well, perhaps you're talking with someone! As you probably understand by now, your music volume decreases corresponding to speed so when you slow down to talk with someone, you can hear them! Then once you end your pleasantries and start running again, your volume increases!

In the settings, just select your goal speed, minimum speed, max volume, and min volume.

1. Goal Speed -- The speed at which the Max Volume level is used. Increasing your speed beyond this point will not increase the music volume.

2. Min Speed -- The speed at which the Min Volume is used. Going slower than this speed will NOT decrease your music volume any further.

3. Max Volume -- This is the volume level used when your goal speed is met.

4. Min Volume -- This is the volume level your music will NEVER get less than. It is the volume level used when your speed is at or below your Min Speed.

Then touch the giant toggle button to turn the service on!

Additional Features:

**Bright yellow icon to easily find app whilst running.

**Large buttons to easily touch whilst running.

**App orientation is locked in portrait so that it doesn't change back and forth on you when changing settings mid-run

**Status bar icon to indicate when the service is running (get it? running.. like you)

Speeds BETWEEN the Goal Speed and Min Speed will play your music at a proportional level.
