Traffic police care (TPC) is an idea,of giving back to society, through technology. Like-minded professionals have collaborated in forming TPC with the intention of recognizing and rewarding people who work for the society. One of them is Traffic police. Acknowledgment and appreciation of sincere effort is our idea of "Giving back to the society". We strongly believe that our working model is a guiding factor for exceptionalquality delivery.

Junction selection :

TPC will select 4 - 5 junctions managed by Traffic Police every month, conduct an open public opinion poll using the latest in mobile and internet technologies and recognize and reward the cops who man the winning junction of the month. Here’s the detail:

Open polling :

You can use TPC android app to record your vote for a junction. You can vote any number of times for the same or different junction. However to discourage malicious voters, only 1 vote per hour from the same user will be accepted. The lucky voter is selected randomly through the software.

Voting through missed calls

At the selected junctions, pamphlets with a unique phone numbers, one for Happy and the other for un-happy (and other information) will be actively distributed. Commuters need to make a call to the numbers in the pamphlet as per their commuting experience. For example if I am happy I will call to the number corresponding to the Happy number else If I am un-happy then I will call to the number corresponding to the Unhappy number. It’s absolutely free as the call gets disconnected automatically. Please make sure you don’t call while driving. By just calling you are done with your voting. If you want to be the Lucky caller then access our website www.ourtpc.com and click the CONTEST button and follow simple instructions. The lucky caller is selected randomly through the software. Calling or participating in the contest should not be done while driving. We, TPC is not responsible for any of the traffic violations.

Counting :

The TPC system tracks HAPPY and UNHAPPY votes till the end of the month for all the selected junctions. Vote counting is transparent – the counts are updated on this website daily.

Winner announcement

The TPC system picks the junction with the most number of 'Happy' votes every month and declares the traffic police manning that junction as the winner.

Next actions

The winner of the month will get substantial gifts from TPC and enjoy excellent visibility through media. This motivates the cops to perform better and win. Junctions that get UNHAPPY calls will be addressed by the respective traffic departments with a thorough root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans will be put promptly in place.

Incentive for participating commuters

Commuters who share their feedback through voting automatically enter a CONTEST to win goodies. Winners will be picked randomly and receive an SMS/call from TPC.
