Eletes multi-channel digital platform will enable all bookings to be made swiftly. All bookings can be made by telephone, email and our online booking system which can also be confirmed for the following day as per standard. The service ranges from Airport transfers, business travel, social and sporting events, VIP tours, roadshows, sightseeing tours to shopping. We can offer tailor made quotes for all your specific requirements upon request. Monitor flights, advice on journey travelling time and ETA via its tracking system. In addition, the support desk is on hand to implement last minute amendments if necessary and offer alternative options in an emergency.

All chauffeurs are advised to report 15mins prior to pick up time and their name, mobile numbers and vehicle details can be given for security purposes. Similarly, all clients are informed 10 minutes in advance of their guest’s arrival from an airport.

The fleet consists of top of the range luxury vehicles including Hybrid / Electric Models for customers who wish to offset their carbon footprint. The vehicles are between 1 to 2 years old and are all black and silver exterior. Features include free Wi-Fi as well as fresh bottled water, quality paper (Telegraph / FT), umbrella and tissues. We have a carefully selected team of chauffeurs with over 7 years of experience who possess a very good knowledge of London and Home Counties. They are chosen for their expertise, soft skills, presentation, discretion and come fully attired in chauffeur livery of navy / grey suit, white shirt, Company tie and black shoes. All are registered with the London Public Carriage Office (PCO). Bilingual drivers are also available upon request. Every effort will be made to match appropriate drivers for specific clients according to their history to enhance customer experience.
