Checked uses the Decked gaming engine to let users play together over a common Wifi link. It provides a pack containing chess pieces and a board. Players play, face to face, each able to see the board on their own device.

One player, the dealer, chooses to play black or white against another player. Others may be invited to watch the game without being able to make moves.
