The Morafiq Baggage Management System (BMS) Agent app presents

a seamless solution to effectively manage the collection, custody, transfer, and delivery of checkedin bags to the airport. The app allows the Agent to accept the bags after scanning the bag tags on

individual bags. This is possible through the scan feature available in the app. The app also allows

agents to manage Mishandled Baggage and deliver them to the customers location. This dual

purpose app is seamlessly connected to the BMS admin panel which provides real time data to the

admin who has a 360 degree view of the entire process.
