The MOCA TalkTime mobile application is a user-friendly tool presented by the Major Organised Crime and Anti-Corruption Agency, which allows for the provision of intelligence on a number of breaches such as Economic Crime, Public Sector Corruption, Organised Crime, Police Corruption, Fraud, Forgery, Criminal Gang activities among others.

Information sharing between Law Enforcement and citizens is an important part of Jamaica’s crime prevention and reduction strategy.

Users are taken through a step by step guide in providing the Agency with the desired information. The information is treated with urgency once submitted and treated with the highest level of confidentiality.

If everyone reports what they see, and advise of suspicious activity in their areas: the Police, local security companies and now individuals like you all playing a part in reducing crime and corruption in Jamaica.

The ubiquity of smart phones and other mobile devices, allows the application to take advantage of the use of modern information and communication technology to assist law enforcement personnel in intelligence gathering
