Use a phone to read water and electricity meters

The mobile App enables the capture of water and electricity meter readings, and reporting of

meter and general service infrastructure problems. Data input is automatically verified off-line

based on variance to predicted readings, input location and photographic evidence. Standard

smartphones are used for input. Minimal data costs are incurred.
