Surat Al Imran is one of the civil surahs that were revealed in the city. It has 200 verses. It was named Al Imran after the family of the father of Maryam Imran, the mother of our master Jesus, peace be upon him. Its third center is after Al-Fatihah and Al-Baqarah. Imran and the story of the birth of our master Jesus, and a lot of evidence of the ability of the Almighty God.

Virtues of memorizing and reciting Surah Al Imran:

- Whoever reads Surat Al Imran daily, it protects him and preserves him from the bridge of Hell and proves it when passing over it, as our Noble Prophet said in the honorable hadith: “Whoever reads Surah Al Imran is given every verse of it safety from the bridge of Hell.”

- Whoever keeps reciting Al Imran every Friday, may God bless him and the angels, as it was reported from the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, in the honorable hadith: “Whoever says Surah Al Imran on Friday, may God and his angels bless him until the sun is obscured.”

The Messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, urged us to read the Qur’an, especially Surat Al-Baqarah and Al-Imran, as it relieves distress, increases sustenance, and fulfills needs.

- As the Messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, guided us to the existence of the greatest name of God by which supplications are answered in it. Therefore, reading it carefully and supplicating for what he wants is considered to be answered by God’s permission.

- Continuously reading Surat Imran at home increases blessing and sustenance for children and prevents envy.

Reading Surat Al Imran on the newborn protects him from touch or envy.

- God revealed some verses of Surat Al Imran to console the Muslims and relieve them when many of them died in some battles and their feelings of pain and sadness, so they came to relieve them, so reading them is considered a healing for the heart and a cure for depression and sadness.
