MeetTimer

A multi-timer app for swim meets, track meets, and other events.

MeetTimer is an android application aiming to be a simple and clean yet effective timer for swim meets, track meets, or anything else requiring multiple timers in unison. Upon launch of the application, the user can modify the number of timers (one to eight) and laps/splits (zero to nine). MeetTimer also features a “View Results” page, displaying all of the logged times; as well as output of the results to a .csv file. The .csv file is written to storage under the folder “MeetTimerResults”. The .csv file can be opened in any spreadsheet program or a .csv viewer application on android.

Features

- Up to 8 timers with up to 9 laps/splits

- Separate lap/split logging for each timer

- View Results page

- Output results to .csv (comma separated values) for viewing in spreadsheet applications

Permissions

- Storage - writing the results to .csv

- Development tools - test access to storage before writing

Planned Features (If there is interest)

- Saving and loading of events in viewer
