MB Orion - Safety Phone

Personal safety app: Panic Alarm, GPS tracking, Restrict apps & calls, Torch

MB Orion is a personal safety app that can help parents and carers keep track of vulnerable people in their care (for example, sufferers of Alzheimer's disease, short term memory loss, etc), as well as giving carers the ability to restrict certain features on the mobile phone.

The app gives you the option to:

+ Configure a Panic Alarm button so the user of the phone can activate a loud audible alarm to attract the attention of anyone nearby AND also immediately send an alert message and current GPS location to selected friends and family.

+ Remotely monitor the GPS location of the phone (and hence the user).

+ Restrict out-going and in-coming calls and SMS text messages to and from selected contacts.

+ Restrict which apps are allowed to run on the phone.

+ Plus lots of other utilities such as torch, one-touch call to a pre-set number etc.

To minimize the risk of data loss, should you need to factory reset your device later, you must ensure that you have taken a full backup of the data on your phone before installing the MB Orion app. Due to the complex nature of the app, we also recommend that you only install MB Orion on a backup phone and that you know how to do a hard factory reset in case your phone is locked.

You consent to our collection, storage and use of the following kinds of information:

* Information you provide when setting up or configuring MB Orion on your device, including email addresses and telephone numbers.

* Technical information about your device, including the device IP address and geographical location.

* Information you provide for the purpose of sending out MB Orion alerts and reports.

* Log of MB Orion alerts and reports triggered on your device.
