With Maxx you started with:

- Calculate Your goals: goals give you guidance and direction. What is your max per day?

- Log: keep track of how much you drink. So you see how it goes and you get Maxx feedback and advice.

- Fixes: Maxx helps you prepare for situations where you find it difficult to not (too much) to drink. You get a reminder of the approach chosen if you want. You can also track how successful you were.

- Hold on, because ..: Have you any trouble? Then Maxx show you why you want to address your drinking! Choose your favorite motivational card or create one yourself.

- How ?: Maxx will help you with practical exercises, tests and tips to keep you to your max, for example, on dealing with stress and relapse.

- Messaging: Maxx lets you know how you do it, encourages you and give you tips.
