Your Rights

If our Nail Specialists didn’t do the right style, color or work as the way you have ordered, you have a right to ask him/her to “rework” right away without any charge.When you walk out of our salon, you still have 12 hours to request our nail specialists to “rework” the same style, color as your first order (for Entry Level).

You have two (2) weeks of “work guarantee” for Experienced Level and Expert Level for rework on your original order.

You have no right to change to any different style(s), color(s) or work(s). If you do, we will charge you for the full price of new service(s).

AN IMPORTANT REMINDER:

Please inform our Nail Specialist of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking, and any changes since your last service in our salon.
