Discover Luciole, a completely offline travel assistant. Luciole is offered by invitation to Comptoir de Voyage customers, in the month preceding their departure.

It allows the traveler to be guided, assisted and informed throughout their stay.

In addition to bringing together all the reservations on the same medium, Luciole includes a complete interactive map of the route which presents the sites of interest and the good addresses unearthed by our specialists. A pedestrian and road GPS, all important and useful travel information and many more features are accessible at any time, without connection.

PREPARING MY DEPARTURE

Luciole indicates all the formalities for entering the country (visas, admission conditions) and health information (essential and recommended vaccines from Comptoir des Voyages’ Medical Adviser). It also includes our specialist information and practical advice for living the country in immersion. Luciole contains all the air journeys, passenger by passenger, with the references necessary to carry out check-ins before departure.

KNOW MY ITINERARY

Luciole allows you to visualize the stages of the trip from the departure airport to the return airport. With all its good addresses and points of interest on board, you can calmly prepare your program day by day by preselecting the essentials according to your tastes and desires to then access them more quickly during the trip.

HAVE ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS IN THE SAME PLACE

All vouchers for hotels and activities are on board the application. It contains all the reservation details, important contacts and it is possible to export them by email in one click.

100% OFFLINE

Luciole is designed to work offline. So there are no roaming charges. The map and all the information was loaded when the application was started at your location. During the trip, Luciole will only update when you have wifi access, which will be useful to benefit from updates of points of interest.

NEVER LOST

Wherever you are, with just one click, Luciole geolocates you and guides you to your hotel using its GPS. Whether you are on foot or by car, it always takes you to your destination. An “around me” function allows you to see at a glance on the map all the points of interest around me.

WELL INFORMED

At each stage of the trip, Luciole offers you twelve categories of points of interest, all geolocated: visits, discoveries, shopping or restaurants... As well as good addresses specially unearthed by Comptoir des Voyages. You can consult, for each, a description and when you have found what interests you, Luciole guides you there in GPS mode. If you are looking for a particular place, Luciole offers a search engine to find it. If it is not referenced, don't worry, just type its address in the GPS and Luciole will take you there.

MEMORIES MEMORIES

Luciole remains accessible and usable after your return, with the exception of the map and certain points of interest sent by our partners, which will no longer be accessible 30 days after your return. The good addresses of Comptoir des Voyages, your day by day with all the services remain available as much as you wish.

AND WE LEAVE

For your next trip, Luciole will be updated with a new map, a new itinerary and new points of interest. Plus all the new features that we will not have failed to include in your travel assistant.
