Get an Xfinity expert to guide you using the Xfinity Live Assistance app and solve problems you may have with your Xfinity installation.
To start the Xfinity Live Assistance app, you must download the app and be invited by an Xfinity expert via SMS link.
During the live video session with an Xfinity expert you can leverage advanced capabilities such as:
