Lift Calculator makes it easy to quickly calculate needed plates while weight training. Simply enter a total and the needed plates will be displayed on the barbell. Already have the plates on the barbell and want to check that your math was right? No problem, simply tap on the weight fields and enter the total number of plates, the total will be calculated for you. You can also calculate a percentage of any total entered, to aid in common training schemes.
