Important features:

Announcements: School management communicates with parents, teachers and students simultaneously about important circulars. All users will receive notifications for these ads. Ads can contain attachments like images, PDF, etc.,

Sheets and monthly, quarterly and final reports can be received through the application.

Messages: The school, teachers, parents and students communicate effectively with the messaging feature.

Broadcasting: School administrators and teachers can send messages to a closed group about class activity, assignments, parent meeting, etc.

Events: All events such as exams, holidays and fee due dates will be listed on the institution's calendar. You will be reminded immediately before important events. Our handy holiday list helps you plan your days in advance.

Features for parents:

Class schedule for students: You can now see your child's class schedule on the go. This weekly class schedule will help you organize your children's schedule effectively. You can see the current class schedule and the upcoming class in the same dashboard.

Attendance Report: You will be notified instantly when your child is flagged absent for a day or class. The attendance report for the academic year is easily available with all the details.

Fees: All upcoming fee dues will be included in events and you will be reminded with push notifications when the due date approaches.

Features for teachers:

Teacher's Schedule: No more shuffling the notebook to find your next class. This app will show your next class in the dashboard. A weekly class schedule will help you plan your day effectively.

Mark attendance: You can mark attendance directly from the classroom using your mobile phone. It's easier than ever to flag absentees and access the class attendance report.

My Class: If you are a batch tutor, you can now mark your class attendance, access student profiles, class schedule, and list of subjects. This will make your day easier.

Please note: If you have multiple students studying in our school and the school records have the same mobile number for all your students, you can switch the student profile in the app by clicking on the student's name from the left slider menu and then switching the student profile.

New features:

1- Online exam in the app

Online testing is now available in the app, which allows students to attend scheduled or live exams from their mobile device. Students can attend the online exam, semester exam and test directly from an app without being physically present on the school premises. You can also view the exam results in the mobile application itself.

2- Manage homework

Assignments are one of the best ways to track the progress of both students and teachers. That is why we have upgraded the Task Manager module by adding many new features in both web and mobile apps.

Creating a new assignment in both web and mobile apps is now more flexible than ever. We've added new assignment submission modes, mark/grade entry, comments section, due date flexibility and more.

Get a better view of assignment status The school has rolled out graphical and tabular reports in both web and mobile applications.

Employees can track assignment publication date and username details via assignment records.

Students can submit answers to assignments online through the mobile application.

Also, students can view pending and submitted assignments, submission details, and marks earned in each assignment.

3- Manage notifications -

Control of notifications in the web and mobile app are settings given to provide better control over notifications sent from the school. Web settings allow powerful users to control which notifications are sent. In this case, the mobile application user can disable and enable notifications as well as set the Do Not Disturb time.

4- Entering the gradebook marks via the mobile application -

Employees can now enter marks/scores from the mobile app for a specific exam, duration, skill, and activity. Easily check the score submission status for the exam, also after entering the scores, the staff can view the score instantly.
