La Masseria Ristorante is a place that offers Roman and Apulian specialties

Our journey starts from an abandoned farmhouse, the dream of Mr. Mario became a reality in 2014 when he restructured the old ruin by resurrecting LA MASSERIA from those abandoned walls!

From the name the identity of its history: a combination of the Apulian land between setting and gastronomy.

2016 is marked by the arrival of chef Alessio, his intent to combine traditional Roman cuisine with Apulian specialties is a formula that makes the restaurant unique in its kind to which the pizzeria and the grill shop are soon added, always retaining plus the clientele.

In 2019 the management of the restaurant is led by three partners: Stefano, Alessio, Romina; their common denominator is the enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit that today gives the Masseria an all-round identity by offering dedicated service to customers, establishing itself as a reference point for the area but above all for good and traditional cuisine.
