In 1998 we started building a Worldwide Wholesale Telecom network that would have VOIP interconnects and reciprocal agreements with every major and minor carrier in every continent.

In 2001 we celebrated the handling of 100 million minutes across our network.

In 2011 we celebrated the handling of 1 Billion minutes across our network.

In 2012 we formed KWK Communications, Inc., moved our corporate office to Nevada and opened our South Pacific P.O.P. This internal merger has proven to be very valuable to our clients, especially to our eDirect Marketing clients — for many reasons:
