Kumport Terminal is located on the European Side of Istanbul 22 miles West of the Bosphorous Straits on coordinates Lat 40° 58’ N Long 028° 41’ E. Kumport Terminal situated 10 km distance from the industrial zones is connected by the TEM and E5 motorways just 5 km to the North. Kumport Terminal situated in the Ambarli Port Complex in the Marmara Region 10 km distance from the industrial zones has been commercially active since 1994 and has become one of Turkey’s largest marine terminals as a result of the recent high increase in turnover along with the investments in human resources and modern technology. Our terminal located in a an important area in the Marmara region realizes a large portion of the county’s foreign trade and acts as an important commercial gateway for the export and import activities of the nation. With the awareness that the terminal exists as an important actor for the region and hinterland and with its high capacity and potential it continuously strives to improve and develop the services presented to its customers.
