resQ Engineers can use this app to mark attendance, view job details assigned to them and fulfil the job through the resQ HUB app. No need for paperwork, as the resQ HUB app gives every Engineer the details of the pending jobs whether they are installations, demos or repairs of large home appliances. Technicians can then mark jobs or visits as completed, request for parts right from the app, which saves time and the information is available real-time to managers from any location.

With an eye towards automation in the near future, the resQ HUB app is empowering Reliance Digital's management to improve workforce management and reduce reliance on manual entries, which may lead to errors.
