The Nurse Dashboard™ is exclusively for Nurse-Family Partnership® nurses, to connect with their clients using the Goal Mama™ app.

When you use the Nurse Dashboard™, you can see goals your clients are working towards and the topics they are interested in. Use this info to help prepare for upcoming visits and help your clients reach their goals! You can also send them encouraging messages they will receive in the Goal Mama™ app, to cheer them on in between your visits!
