MBDR

MBDR is a mobile application developed for monitoring Maintenance / Break Down (MBD) Requests.

It will be used by three different Groups : Customers, Staff & Managers.

Customers can initiate MBD requests. They can also view the status of existing requests.

Staff can update the status of MBD requests assigned to them.

Managers can assign a MBD request to staff. They can view, update or delete a request after it is completed or closed.
