This application was developed as a student project for the Software analysis and development Course at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Organization and Informatics (henceforth referred to as FOI). The content, materials and the original idea were developed at the University of Applied Sciences Zagreb under supervision of Professor Biljana Stojakovic, PhD.

Application description:

Porastom broja korisnika pametnih mobilnih telefona i tableta javlja se mogućnost pristupa informacijama bilo kada i bilo gdje. Korisnici koriste svoje pametne telefone u razne svrhe pa tako i za učenje. Želimo napraviti aplikaciju koja korisnicima omogućuje učenje i vježbanje engleskog jezika te samim time povećati interaktivnost pri učenju. Ciljana skupina korisnika su studenti i učenici koji danas velikom većinom posjeduju pametne telefone pa im ovaj način učenja neće biti stran. LEO projekt zamišljen je kao online pomoć pri učenju engleskog jezika za učenike srednjih škola i studente koji su već upoznati s osnovama engleskog jezika. Aplikacija korisniku omogućuje odabir pojedine lekcije ili poglavlja s kojom ima poteškoća ili želi naučiti. Drugi dio aplikacije omogućavati će korisnicima da provjere svoje znanje kroz razne kvizove. Cilj projekta je pomoći korisnicima pri učenju kroz „igru“ koja će omogućiti brže, lakše i zabavnije učenje jezika.
