Changes helps young girls who are going through or about to go through puberty. You can find information on what to expect during puberty, tips on how to deal with it, as well as fun quizzes and games.

Bea, Fizzy, Joss, Leila and Mia from Coleridge Primary School in London created Changes to help young girls who are going through the ups and downs and sometimes embarrassing moments of puberty.
Their app, won the “People’s Choice” award, powered by EE, at the Apps for Good Awards 2016. The team worked with the development agency Mobile Pie to have their app built professionally and launched on the market, with the support of Apps for Good and EE.
