Our mission is to ensure medically fit forces, provide expeditionary medics, and improve the health of all we serve to meet our Nation’s needs! Enjoy our app using a variety of information such browsing through AFMS or local Military Treatment Facility (MTF) news, health education information, connecting to your provider via secure messaging, helpful links, following your local MTF for contact information and to connect via social media. We have a lot of great information resources and links to ensure you are connected to vital AFMS partners.
