If your child cannot go to the daycare center due to illness, for example, you can inform the staff at your facility easily and conveniently using the app's integrated absence function. The existing address book enables you to comfortably make direct contact with other parents in the group, the caregivers of your child or with the daycare management. You can also upload profile pictures for your child and yourself and specify which of your contact details should also be visible to other parents. Automatically by email or push message - you decide whether and how you want to be informed about calendar entries, news, chat messages or uploaded files.

Use access to news, the weekly menu, photo albums and appointments at any time. In addition, videos can now also be viewed in a protected area. So you are always up to date and have an insight into the daily routine of your children in daycare, daycare, crèche, school or afternoon care even when you are on the move - now with a data protection-compliant chat function if you wish.

An integrated data exchange folder enables you to exchange documents or photos of any kind with the facility - and vice versa. We attach particular importance to security and GDPR-compliant storage: All data generated in KigaRoo is in a German data center.
