Khmer Optical Character Recognition, Legal Council Ministry of Economy & Finance

This application provide us a great tool to convert document photos to editable text by using Khmer Optical Character Recognition (Khmer OCR). Document photos can be imported directly from Camera or Photo Gallery. It also allows user to share the result of conversion which is editable Khmer text attached with the source document photo to other communication tools especially Telegram, Messenger, and Mail. Furthermore, the plain text can be edited freely and easily with undo and redo functions to correct the result of conversion by verifying with the original document photo before copying or sharing for further use. Importantly, all the result of conversion both document photo and editable text will be stored in the history list that allows user to review, share or delete later.

In addition, for security and usage tracking purpose, this application is required username and password which are provided by Legal Council Secretariat of Ministry of Economy and Finance.
