KANJI via Board Game

This app has been created with people who are interested in Japanese letters.

This app has been created with people who are interested in Japanese letters, such as ”KANJI" in other words, hoping that you might gain the chance of learning more. Although having said that, I am afraid that the app doesn’t cover the entire range of KANJI letters.

KANJI letters, you will find on this app, that are used in this Board Game of stone, such as a word of "stone colors", or somehow related to Japanese words composed of these KANJI letters. You might be able to start to play this Board Game of stone though; I would like you to start "KANJI Lesson" section first so that you could draw lines to build some KANJI words, and then play the Game revising or recognizing some KANJI words.

In the "KANJI Lesson" section, the first thing to be seen when you tap [KANJI Lesson] button is a List page where you can choose "KANJI letter". Each cell of this list page is composed of three sections, such as “Image of KANJI letter", "How to pronounce in Japanese" and "A meaning of the KANJI letter in English”. The second thing to be seen when you tap one of these "KANJI letter" is a practice page of "KANJI letter" you just pick up, where is composed of "How to pronounce in Japanese", "A drawing KANJI letter area", "A number of its KANJI stroke", [Retry] button and [Test My Japanese!] button. The stroke number is counted down to zero each time you draw lines following a red guidance line of KANJI letter shown on the drawing KANJI letter area.

In the "Play Game" section, the first thing to be seen when you tap [Play Game] button is a page where you can choose your stone color. Since all stone color set are fixed, you may choose one of these colors based on your favorite color. The board game will start as soon as you tap your stone color button.
