The Wandle Housing Association app lets you as a tenant report repairs or anti-social behavior (ASB) directly to your landlord. You can select from a list of the more common issues, write a short description and even take a photo to help identify the problem for Wandle Housing Association, so that they are better informed to respond to the issue. The app also helps with your living budget and costs and can help identify if you will lose any of your rent because of the Under Occupancy/Bedroom Tax imposed by the Government.

With the Wandle Housing Association app you can also keep up to date with events through the Get Involved tab or enter competitions, you can set rent reminders and budget living costs all at the touch of a button. This app is designed just for tenants of Wandle Housing Association, so if you have a different landlord you will need to see if they have an app you can download instead.

The Wandle app also has lots of contact details of local housing offices and advice centres, as well as utility and emergency numbers you may find useful.

The app allows Wandle Housing Association tenants to save their profile data onto the phone, meaning that you don't need to re-enter the same info every time you send a report for a repair or ASB. This ensures that the app is an even more convenient way for you to keep in touch with your landlord.
