Extremely simple audio storm generator that takes rain, thunder, and various other sounds to make one cohesive storm with randomized thunder-strikes.
Shortest looped sound used is a 28 second rain loop! So no highly-obvious looped sounds that are only 3 seconds long.
Most are 40 to 80 seconds long, with the new "Summer Night" loop being the longest at just shy of 6 minutes!

Countdown until next thunder strike
Can change various options relating to the sounds, such as volume and frequency of thunder strikes.
All windows can be dragged around the screen using their respective title bar.
Not sure of performance on various phones. Have access to a few different ones, but they're all higher-end newer phones. Would love comments about how well it works on various phones.
Uses libgdx as the base for images and menus.
Uses phone state to pause playback during calls.

Added the ability to start (instead of auto-start) and stop the service, and have the audio running without the app being open (back Android key).
Added a background to make the app a little more pleasing to the eyes.
Added in an unfinished dynamic mode that changes the background volumes at random times, to simulate an ongoing storm. This is highly experimental.
Still not sure what the stuttering problem is for some. I can't replicate it anymore on any of the phones I have access to :(
