Now targeting Android 30
Fixed white screen occuring on older devices due to their not recognizing the newer version of a particular root authority.
Fixed unexpected back button behavior, such as undesirable app exit, and inability to return to the login screen from "report issue", "forgot password", and "register".
App exit can now be achieved by a double tap of the back button.
other code cleanup, library updates, and prep work for future feature and ease-of-use additions.
