A. : Funding the construction of an artificial football turf with other infrastructure and equipments for the youths of the Gambia. As a people centered institution, the company has created a partnership with the people of Brufut in pursuing its zeal to transform the lives of the budding Gambian talents. This project proposal is submitted for funding and sponsorship from NORGA (Norway/Gambia) International Holding Company limited, to provide the following facilities:

1. Mini-stadium with artificial turf pitch 2. Administrative building 3. Pavilions 4. Commercial and retail units including a restaurant. The talents in basketball, handball and athletics in Brufut abound. This project proposal also seeks to build youth capacity in these domains through partnership with training institutions and centers on a long-term basis. We therefore believe that it is an urgent need to build a multi-purpose sports complex that shall provide the training ground for young sportsmen and women that shall also serve as a nursery for our national teams.

With sponsorship, outstanding football players, handball players, lawn tennis players and athletes who need immediate and sustained attention vital for possible professional care would receive adequate training from facilities. The training shall equally reveal more hidden talents in young people not only from Brufut, Bijilo, Youna, Sukuta, Ghana Town, Tanji and West Coast Region but also equally from other parts of the country.

B. :Norga School

-As a large part of the population of the Gambia are young people at school going age, the necessity to provide educational facilities that can provide affordable, qualitative and accessible education to these kids is overwhelming.Tutition fees in The Gambia despite free in public schools is not the only crucible in the affordability of education. This is the rationale behind our plans for a school that will have approximately 1200 students from 1st to 12th stage in 4 classes in each step with free tuition, free school uniforms and other equipment, and a hot meal every day that would not be paid for. We understand that monies that would be spent on the provision of uniform, tuition and food could then be re-allocated for domestic food security and medical care. Our students will be taken care of educationally and health wise and that burden will be taken off the poor and struggling parents. In the long term this will have a positive impact on the quality of life of the people of the community and the socio-economic life of the nation by further complementing government's efforts in making both education and health care affordable and accessible to every citizen in The Gambia as enshrined in government's development blue-print " vision 2020".

C. : We are building a wrestling arena for promoting Gambian traditional sports.

Wrestling is predominantly an African sports. Recently in an effort to diversify sports, the Government of the Gambia through the ministry of youth and sports have put in place plans to promote this type of sports which has been in decline since the advent of soccer. Realising the inherent benefits of wrestling that do not only promote health but keep many youth from the streets thereby reducing vice, Norga hopes to help build an arena that would be replicated country wide. This will trigger much interest in the sports as infrastructure for wrestling will be available which is almost non existent in The Gambia. It will also avail the traditionalsport an opportunity to become an olympicsports where wrestlers will compete on international arenas there-by accruing huge economic benefits.
