"Jitbit Helpdesk mobile" allows accessing Jitbit Helpdesk app from your Android device.
Features include:
*Viewing unanswered, unclosed or all tickets
*Viewing basic details and replies of an individual tickets
*Posting replies for everyone or for techs only
*Changing tickets status
