このInterval Timerについて
インターバルタイマーを使用すると、ワークアウトタイマーのいずれかの種類を制御することができます。
Works for tabata, jump rope and any kind of interval training(HIIT). The regular interval is 3 minutes of workout with 1 minute of rest. However, you can set and regulate your own time interval by the setting!
