Hotel App V.2 is a comprehensive android app consisting of integrated modules for various aspects of hotel management designed and developed by GISI Ecreations Pvt Ltd. The main attraction of the app is the latest revolution in the world of restaurants i.e. the Digital Menu. IN THIS APP YOU WILL FIND:

1. Admin module to Manage Hotel Menu

a. Add Categories – The admin can change or add main categories accordingly in the menu, so that it reflects the same in the front-end.

b. Add Sub Categories- Under the main categories , the admin can also add or change new sub categories. This helps the customers to view the entire list of dishes in the hotel.

c. Add Items with images – The app also allows the admin to add images to the respective categories and sub-categories.

2. Hotel Menu view via front end – Diners can find the digital menu on each table, which helps them to get the look and feel of each dish. This feature can be updated every day by the admin, so that the diners can only view the available dishes which save their valuable time.

3. Customer Feedback submission - The customer can post suggestions and submit reviews from his / her real time experience, which can be extremely valuable. The hoteliers encourage the customers to share opinions, both favorable and unfavorable.

4. Admin module for Feedback view - The admin can evaluate the reviews and suggestions posted by the customers. Based on different categories, the reviews can be sorted and viewed.

5. Admin module for Feedback report Graphical view - The admin has the privilege to analyze the given data through graphical representation, which helps in effective interpretation.

6. Admin module to manage greetings words- This app allows the admin to manage and customize as many greetings wanted.

7. Automatic Birthday / Anniversary greetings- The customers can receive automatic greetings during their birthday and anniversary, as the dates are tracked initially in the registration process.
