Since I've gotten nowhere with the developer of Go Launcher 3D Shell, I had to do some long and hard searching for another Launcher that might be somewhat good. I now use "Apex Launcher" by Android Does Team is the developer. You'll have to get the Pro version as well so that you can unlock all the settings. I'm going to give you one more App that really does a great job on the Icons. I downloaded "Neon Glow" apps. The developer name is Vertumus. I have a hard time seeing sometimes. This App really makes your Apps stand out and colorful.
I hope this helps. I have to assist elderly people with there phones and tablets so I'm constantly trying to find easier ways for them as well as the handicapped. I have lots more if you need them as well. I'm getting ready to start a YouTube page with the good Apps and ones that flat out rip you off.
