It’s like having a service technician standing by the generator at all times, watching for trouble. When it sees something wrong, it notifies the customer and his service provider immediately. It is a digital cellular device that hooks up to the generator via a 4-wire connection. It is accompanied by sophisticated cloud services technology and Android™ / Apple® smartphone apps.
